Bray's Place Project, Shortlisted in UDIA NSW Awards

Bray’s Place, Concord shortlisted as one of the finalists in the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence in Residential Development.

Urbanistica is proud to announce that its ‘Brays’ Place’ mixed use project at Concord, was shortlisted as one of the finalists in the UDIA (Urban Development Institute of Australia) NSW Awards for Excellence in Residential Development.

The UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence acknowledges the best in urban development across NSW and the ACT. Winners and finalists are selected for their standout commitment to excellence in one of the award categories.

The Bray’s Place mixed use project comprises 14 townhouse apartments and 3 commercial retail shops centred on a private communal courtyard and landscaped walled garden.

The project received enthusiastic praise from panelists, the local planning authority and community for its creative redevelopment of a pre-existing petrol station and sensitive assimilation within a neighbourhood comprised of predominantly freestanding homes.

Urbanistica has recently secured development approval for a similiar sized residential project in an adjacent suburb.
